Making a mold will help you to produce a larger number of parts at a lower per part cost than a CNC machined part. A molded part can be produced in 1 minute with a mold and an injection molding machine. For large parts runs, it is much more economical to invest in a mold.

Did you damage your production mold? We can repair your mold by welding, rebuilding, or completely replacing it. If there is a minimal amount of damage, or if you need to change a mold for tolerances, we can weld the mold and then recut it on a CNC. If you want to change the inserts, or need to add more automation to your mold, we can also do that.
